LOANFINDER SA illegally debited money from my account

After LoanFinder SA had declined my loan application 2-3 months ago, today, the debited R365 from my account without any prior communication or authorisation. I am beyond livid as this is not the first time that they are doing this. I am holding on the phone now to speak to them. I will involve lawyers if I have to. This is utter nonsense!

My husband had the same scam story with them. They deducted R399 from his account which we reversed. Another R99 went of from his account with a different reference number which we also reversed. They e mailed documentation to him to hand him over to attorneys and blacklist him. He contacted them and asked them to send the documentation where he applied for the loan and gave permission to deduct money from his account which he did not complete. They mailed him the application and the application was completed at 3:20 in the morning while he was asleep. He phoned them on Thursday 20th December and requested their physical address to deliver attorney letters to them to appear in court as there are allot of complaints against them with the same issues. The lady Helen, refused to gave any physical address and said he can post all the documents. This people do phising in your bank account to get hold of your banking details and steal your money. Be aware of this scamsters.
