Online Shopping Fraud


So after placing my order on March 1st - I have now spent a patient 18 days while "everything stylish" has decided to keep my money and NOT communicate with me where my order is or when I can expect the delivery... The ONE EMAIL that they decided to send:
Hi Tarryn

Your order has been shipped on 6 March due to our supplier that ran out of stock. Your tracking number is 556063276764 and can be tracked with www.dpex.com tel no 0860555450 within a few days’ time.

Please accept our apology for this.

Said courier company has absolutely no record of my package whatsoever!

All further attempts on my part to get clarity from someone in your organization on the situation, have failed!

So this leaves me out of pocket and with no way to find out what could possibly be the problem!

They claim to be a "reputable" company with no morals and values. and then have the audacity to tell me in FB that i must call the courier company again. I did so and there is STILL no record? .

There are numerous complaints on their page of no packages ever being received and poor service - they have even blocked someone to stop them telling everyone about them being a scam.

They cannot continue to scam people of money.

    we are having the same problem. Wrong sizes, sent back, no stock, can't get a refund. I have reported them to the consumer Protection Act and I have reported their Facebook page to Facebook as a scam page.

    I actually purchased from them last year november, a bathing suit, and they took very long to deliver, I also sent numerous emails with only one response a few weeks later. Three weeks after I sent the email I received my package, and subsequently received another one (the same bathing suit) three weeks later, no charge.

    Hi, I've had the same issue with everythingstylish. Placed my order in Feb sent half the order and still haven't received the rest of my order. Over 90 emails and still they giving me the run around. The guys names is Robin Elliot who owns the company. I want to open a case of fraud and theft against him
