7. Fraud and corruption in that the Merseta board was tricked into the appointment of a close friend of Dr Patel, Mr Jake Amien, thinking that they had appointed a legitimate; competent; qualified; experience and independent service provider to conduct a Forensic investigation against Dr Patel. Dr Patel’s cell phone records will reveal this friendship prior; during and after the “independent” investigation against Dr Patel. Mr Amien represented a company call Comperio Technologies Pty (Ltd), a company established to provide IT services. Comperio Technolgies / Mr Amien deceitfully masqueraded as Comperio Foresic Service Pty (Ltd), a legitimate forensic and fraud investigator. Copies of the fraudulent investigation / report conducted by Comperio Technologies Pty (Ltd) / is available on request and can be located in The High Court of South Africa South Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg in the Notice of Motion Case number 18829/15 (Reference: FA5). The ill gotten gains earned by Comperio Technologies Pty (Ltd) from Merseta were not declared to SARS. The extent of Dr Patel’s cover up attempted should be duly noted. All email correspondence between Merseta and Mr. Jakes Amien is from an IT company call Apex Technology of which Mr. Amien is director.
8. Fraud, in that deliberate payments were made to companies such as MVDH; Cedar; IMBISA; NAASP; Sigima and Wal Training for students that do not exist and in some cases training that never took place. I many cases student are being recycled in training programmes without their knowledge of or them attending any training. The idea is to extract payment from the Merseta. This type of fraud extends from the Chemical Seta and introduced at the Merseta by Dr Patel. SARS is once again removed from the equation.
