There are two abused dogs walking up and down Aberdeen Street, Woodstock. The female has a rope around her neck and her teats show signs of having had puppies. Let's hope the puppies are safe. She is terrified of humans. I have reported this to law enforcement who have done nothing and have now notified SPCA who I pray will collect these poor souls.
I have fed them and given them water. The dog with the rope around her neck won't allow me to remove it but I pray these dogs get saved from whomever they belonged to.
