Deducting airtime money illegaly


A company which calls itself 'info@smartcalltech.co.za' are stealing money from my cellphone by sending an sms to my number without my approval. They then refuse to pay it back.It is a scam because some people do notice that their airtime is being stolen from their credit and it is small amounts which aout R 15,00. If you count that in thousants per month it is a lucrative con.I was able to trace their address as  15 Eastwood Street, Dunkeld, Rosebank.I would really appreciate it if this can be formally investigated because she is not prepared to stop this illigal practice and she continues stealing from me even if I ask her to stop.Please Help

    I lost more than R180 airtime and 150 megabytes after entering this competition.I unscripted more than 2 time but scription fees are still being charge deducted from my airtime. I do not know yo do now.

    just entered an online Pick 'n Pay Groceries Voucher Competition. They ask you to share this competition with 10 contracts (what's App) then when you click next after giving your cellphone number you get this sms: "http://www.win24.me" with a password. Then you receive this message: "Welcome to the Win Shopping Cart Reward Service. www.win24.me,R7/day, to optout send stop,help: 0115074630" that's when I researched the contact number. I truly hope that I won't be scammed and that my contacts are safe. Please be warned!!!

    this takes away airtime. Please search for any competiion on the actual site of the company that is 'supposedly' advertising to avoid being scammed.

    Good evening good people I'm also experienced the same problem with this skelms and they stole R166.00 of my airtime n i never subscribe to them. I even think of cancelling my contract with MTN due to that as MTN can't help to stop this fraud.

    This woman must be arrested now, this is a scam and MTN is assisting these crooks to estort money for unsolicited services. We do not want to visit her office and deal with her. If the police are unable to do their job, we will have to assit them snd visit her offices in 15 Eastwood Street, Dunkeld, Rosebank one of these days

    Same problem here. MTN have put a block on my number, twice, but this doesn't seem to have worked. My bills have gone from average R200 up to R800,R900 & R1100. Seems a lot of complaints are being being made here, but don't see any feedback from the powers-that-be about anything being done. The deductions are supposed to be for a service or info provided, but I haven't received anything yet.

    I have lost about R24 of airtime deducted by smartcalltech and on their intentions they still looking up to deduct more of my airtime through their illegal acts. I have no agreement whatsoever with smartcalltech because i dont reply to messages that i don't know, and i would realy appreciate it if cell c do something about this lady because if this is not solved and my airtime is not refunded then cell c will be failing it's customers and it would be very useless supporting a netword that leaves us as victimes of such crimes. I can.t call the customer call centre and then they tell me there nothing they can do instead they call that smartcalltech and tell them to remove me from their service.

    I have lost 100.s to these fucking dog fucking thieves.I put R60 and they still got my money even with the phone OFF. What is the law doing?? Fuckall because the fucking thieves are raking in millions an can pay anybody off. Hello southafrica. In the USA there is mandatory sentencing not so here in our criminal paradise. She must also be arrested with these thugs who are taggeting our accounts in colaboration with our banking institutions.     I have notice my airtime gets finish very fast ,So i phoned cellC to find out whats the problem and they wernt vet helpful all they told me was its SmartCall is taking out all my airtime and THAT I SHOULD PUT MORE TIME and CALL THEM ,to stop it and give me back my airtime ,So i did and the lady sounds dead over the pfone ,I told her i want my airtime back and she told me no refunds ,This is fraud and should be taken up ,The address is 15 eastwood road rosebank .Please somebody do something about this

    I have sent the complaint to the national consumer commission. If they fail maybe it is time we visit her office at 15 Eastwood Street, Dunkeld, Rosebank, to show her that she is not above the law. We can shut her down like all the thugs that terrorise our communities.

    who the hell is this "info@smartcalltech.co.za"? i received an sms that reads like "thank you for your sms. your request will be processed within 24 hours and EVERDAT they deduct R5 airtime. what do i do? does anyone have their number? i need to swear them bloody bustards!!!!!

    Smatcalltech are realy cams,last month i was billed 668 on my 99 rand contract,i ve ask cell c to reduce my limit to 100 rand to stop this scam, but no cell gave them an auth to deduct more than my limits.i am tired of this, i held cell c responsible for the theft of my money,caouse i never suscribe to this people.even if u unsuscribe they wont stop stealing,plz people watch out we a scam by our service providers,why i said so is becouse they dond care

    Police must do something with this lady, before we visit her because she is arrogant and does not belive that we can do something to her. This is money that we work hard for. We do not have money o give to thugs like her. Service providers (MTN and Vodacom) must stop assisting these thugs to continue stealing money from their customers by providing them with our acconts.     I have the same problem. Between the 21/01/13 to 14/02/13 a total of 35 charges to my account at R13.16 per call.Total of R460.60 for something I have not used? Sometimes two charges in one day at exactly the same time? How is this possible? How can I get this sorted or reversed immediately.

    I have the same problem with info@smartcalltech.co.za. they stole R196 and they still claim i owe them R40. I tried to communicate with them now they nolonger respond on my email. i told them dat i am going to report them bt they still cant react on it. they make million of rands out of it.
