We phoned a guy called Max, which we found in the Junkmail. The ad saifd that he specializes in the overhaul of VW engines. As we have bought a car from another person, we decided to contact him. He came to our premises and fixed the engine on our business site. The next day, he came to our offices to do the final installation where I paid him R 3500.00. He returned our vehicle, on the Saturday. After we had driven the vehicle for that weekend, we found that there was some troubles on the wehicle. We contacted him, where he came to our shop and said that he need to take the car to his workshop as there are some sensors that needed to bereplaced. He took the vehicle, and ever since we battle to get our vehicle back. It is now almost a week that we still does not have our vehicle back. On Friday we got hold of him and he, told us that he was on his way. I told him that I would rather drive to Jhb to fetch the vehicle. After driving around in Johannesburg, there was no sign of the vehicle. He simply switch off his phone, and gave us wrong addresses. Again Monday, he told the police that he will bring the vehicle to us by no later than two o'clock. This also didn't realize. Again we were taken for a fool. He left a wreck of a car as well as his ID book with us. We did a vehicle enquiry from the local police and discovered that the car is not registered in his name, but in someone elses name.
