Cape Town dog buried alive

Cape of Good Hope SPCA officials have rescued a dog found buried alive. Some Kuils River residents alerted officials on Thursday afternoon. SPCA Inspector Andries Venter said community members noticed the dog's head sticking out of the sand. "The rest of his body was paralysed, buried underneath the ground.
