My mom received an SMS stating "Congratulations! Your number won R1.2 Million at Mobile Network Promo. Your Ref. No. is TBL16K. To claim prize, Call Howard Gray on Tel: 0717057468. T&C apply.

I am assuming it is another SMS scam and would like to make people aware of it.
