We have had multiple incidents with the neighbours dogs and reporting it to the DBV and our housing department resulted in nothing. The owner is a single man with a hectic schedule on one of the local collieries, meaning that his 4 dogs rarely see people and often acts out. There are 3 small-medium dogs and then a Rottweiler, or there was last time we checked. Apart from the dogs challenging each other they keep on attacking our dogs on either side of the wall. One neighbour has already lost one of his dogs and my bull terriers have caused and obtained multiple scars. In trying to prevent a blood bath please be so kind to assist us and the poor animals. The neighbour who lost his dog has a small boy and this morning again the Rottweiler jumped into their yard after he picked a fight with my dog. It is really nerve wrecking to think what could have happened if the father and my fiancée did not run out to stop the frantic fight. There is also a lot of children playing in the streets everyday. I do believe that the animals act out of frustration, not hunger because there is more than enough food, they should receive a lot more special care. We would be willing to asist in any way possible as this unfair situation can not continue.
