Deon Mabuza Fraudster,

Deon Mabuza made an appointment to see the doctor for both of his parents and wanted to pay in advance. He later sent through a proof of payment of R62 420 from his business company name Mabuza construction and then called to say that his bookkeeper accidentally got the payments swapped around and made the payment for a supplier to me instead of to them and asked us to refund him. The amount refelcts in the bank, but is not available. do not refund him as in a few days the cheque will be cancelled and wont reflect in your account anymore. His bank details provided are: ABSA acc no 9279910374, Mabuza Construction, Sommerset West. His cell number provided is 0710626223 and the fax number 086 208 1971.

Have narrowly escaped being scammed by Deon Mabuza, same story commissioned an R18000 painting, overpaid by R40600 then asked for a refund claiming it was a admin error. Amount reflected in my account but as a cheque deposit not EFT as the proof of payment emailed me claimed. Luckily my bank advised me not to refund money until the cheque is cleared. A cheque deposit can be reversed within 5 days by the client so was nearly scammed out of R40600. What out for this Sleezbag!

June Stone 5:59pm Mar 6 I have just narrowly avoided being scammed by a potential client...emailed me on Monday for an appointment to see his son for depression due to the recent loss of his mother. On Tuesday I received payment of R28700 into my bank account (details given to him on confirmation of appointment) Within 1 hour 'client' contacted me and explained his bookkeeper made an error and paid me the wrong amount, asking me to please return the money!!! Fortunately it was a fraudulent cheque paid in and the bank rejected my attempt to pay the money back...before the 'penny dropped" that I was nearly scammed. Please don't be as naive as I was!!!
