Illegal use of cell number

Someone subscribed to Cellspice pornography from a IP address and used my cell number for billing purposes. This unknown person has had the stuff downloaded onto a Nokia phone. I own a Samsung, and have never received the messages, or the material. I also did not subscribe to anything.I need advice as to how I can find the address of a computer at IP 41.208.48.193(ZA) and the Nokia C1-01/2.0 (0.45) Profile/MIDP-2.1

I am sick and tired of these people.I don't know who they are and why you keep on stealing my money.I have a phone with an appstore ..Why would I want to subscribe to any sites.Refund me back all my money within 24 hours. You have been stealing my money the whole of December and in November they took R35 that don't belong to them. Please just give me over R50 worth of airtime back.

Cellspice are opperating an illegal operation that violates the SA privacy and internet laws. What is worst is that MTN and VODACOM etc are all in on it as they make no effort at all to stop the deduction of subscribers airtime (since guess what they make the money) It is so easy to go to the Cellspice website and enter anyones mobile number, (they then get some random message) that most will ignore, and if they do not make a phone call to Cape Town !!! (to unsubscribe) then they have R7 worth of airtime deducted daily !!! What the sms does NOT tell you is that if you SMS the word STOP to 43887 and you will be automatically unsubscribed from the service. Talk about sleaze bags, (well done MTN and VODACOM !!! )

Hi guys, I too received a message from these people stating that I have a photo invite with a link, which I never clicked on. I then immediately phone 0213002831- the name of the company given was Flexibar. I then requested my phone number be removed thereafter I receive a message stating "INFO: Your cell number is currently not subscribed. Thank you! support@flexyville.com". However I was not going to leave it at that, I contacted my service provider (MTN) and was told that there are currently no deductions on my account but gave me a number which I could dial and it would then block all active subscriptions. Perhaps your cellphone provider could assist you in the same way in order to prevent money from your account being unlawfully deducted. I hope this helps.

THIS IS ALSO EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE OF VODACOM TO ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN.What can I do now to get my money back from these thieves
