I am the real Bernard W Heinze and have never succeeded nor attempted to scam either you or any one else. In fact I too have nearly become a victim to a dog who in turn used the identity of some other poor guy...who was also advertising a flat in Sea Point and I showed interest but the scammer could not give me a South African Bank account to make my R9000 deposit. I do intend taking action against any person who is using my name. What I find strange is that you people who claim to be a victim of a scammer failed to go online via fbk to inform ME of possible misuse of MY NAME. My email is and you can refer this to the SAPS. I have NOTHING to hide. PLEASE STOP POSTING MY NAME!!!!!

Hahaha! I almost fell for it bt it was just 2 good to be true. Heinze's wife can go 12 feet under, silly rubbish material. I mean this dude is he serious.

I found this guy's listing on Vottle on 10 March 2014 ( and thought the price must be a typo and sent a message to get more info. I got the exact same response mail from "Heinze Bernard" today with a long story about how he lost his wife and moved to the USA. The whole email looked immediately suspicious (language, style, too-perfect photos) so I decided to research the address and him before replying with any personal information.

I just got the same email from a Marc William, and his wife, Tina, supposedly died 8 months ago so he moved to America.

I had experienced another one like this last week with the same type of email with a whole list of questions. The pictures look like they came out of a Top Billing magazine. This guy who replied, his name was Brandon Lee ( Be careful guys, there are a lot of scammers out there.
