Would also like to know where whoever placed this complaint got their info from. The barrel and receiver are what is registered and unique to a Firearm and what is used to determine or used for ballistic testing and without these parts a Firearm is not a Firearm and useless. Please do your homework before making your name ass in future. Please use the link that Nardus has so kindly supplied and study the FCA before jumping to conclusions and tarnishing innocent people's names.

Whoever made this report is clearly has no idea what is considered legal or illegal in the FCA. I have not seen a single illegal item listed by this person and it is clear that whoever reported this as a crime has their own agenda or is ill informed. What peeves me of more is that precious state resources will be wasted investigating a report a keyboard warrior made, with little to no effort to educate themselves with regards to the FCA. http://www.saps.gov.za/crime_prevention/firearms/legislation.htm

You must know the seller to know that the "guns must be stolen". That's a false accusation and insult. If you knew anything about the firearm law and the way it works you'll know that not a single one of the parts he sells is illegal, and they are manufactured locally by companies such as Nobleteq. These parts are also sold to the public as semi-automatic versions of these "government state issued automatic rifles" are available to every person who wants to licence it (legally) under Section 16 of the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000. Do some research before you bash someone's advertisements, break them down and report them to the police, or you might just end up looking like an idiot.

None of what he is selling is illegal in terms of the firearms control act, none of those parts can be used to construct a reciever of a firearm. They are harmless accessory pieces of real firearms like springs, sling mounts and reciever pins.
