Purchased an item of the www.shoppingemall.co.za website on 03 February 2013. Up until today I have not received the goods ordered. The website also did not state that the goods will be imported. When I queried the status of my order, I got emails first telling me that it was stuck in customs, thereafter that the packaging was damaged and the goods have to be sent back to the supplier in USA. It's been almost 2 months so I decided to cancel the order. The last email I received stated that I will receive a cancellation form, when I complete it and send it back to them it will take 30 days to submit the refund. I sent emails requesting the cancellation form but I am not receiving any responses from them.
