Cats Poisoned in our street

For the past few months now, cats in our street have been poisoned and last night my cat was poisoned as well.  We unfortunately only found Jerry this moring.  he was poisoned, as he was stiff and there was foam that came out of his mouth.
This is really starting to get out of hand.  I wish someone could do something, or start and investigation.  In my eyes the person responsible is a serial killer!  We as pet lovers take this sort of a crime very seriously and we feel that it should be treated as a serious case.
Please can someone help us!  The killing must stop!!!  Kind regards, Karen

As much as I don't like or believe everything a psychologist says, its been proven that a person that starts out mutilating and killing animals to get rid of pent up rage or sexual desires, usually end up taking it a step further later in life and can turn into real killers. scary but true...

I agree with Velda. I live in a complex and 5 cats, of which 3 i picked up including my own cat, were killed in the space of a week and the other 2 cats were never seen again. 2-Step/Temik is the cause in all the cases, which is more illegal than drugs to be in possession of unless u are a farmer with the necessary licenses!!!!

My cat was poisoned on Saturday and my Vet told me not to report it to the SPCA as they can't do anything but to go directly to the police where I have opened a case. This is a criminal act and should be reported to SAPS.

Hi, please do not report animal cruelty cases like this on here unless it have been dealt with all ready. The public must contact their local SPCA as we can't do anything to help out....... Please remember that this site is here to make people aware of past cases........ A list of your numbers for your local SPCA can be found here http://www.reportacrime.co.za/SPCA_Numbers.pdf. And don't worry, the SPCA respond to all cases!
