Lost/Stolen pet Golden Retriever

Our much loved and precious dog, Rosebud, is a spayed, KUSA registered Golden Retriever. She disappeared from home on 3 June 2010, and is still missing, despite every effort to find her.

We have done house to house searches, searches of surrounding bush in case of her maybe being caught in a snare, distributed flyers and put up posters at shops and vet clinics in town, placed classified ad's in the local newspaper's "Lost" column, visited and searched the local SPCA, placed an appeal for her return on Facebook, etc.

Tomorrow I intend to print some more postcard size flyers, and post one in each and every postbox in the suburb of Dorchester Heights, in a further attempt to locate my special girl. But there is just no trace of Rosebud, it seems like she has just vanished.

She is very friendly, and used to play with some other doggy friends on neighbouring lawns, almost every morning, but those neighbours say that they last saw Rosebud on the aforementioned day. I am now beginning to think the worst, and that is, that someone has actually stolen her.

As a family, we are absolutely devastated by Rosebud's disappearance, as she is my and my 5 year old granddaughter, Chloe's, constant companion, and Chloe is pining for her dog, as I am sure the same is happening to Rosebud.

Please help, if possible.
