IOllegal billing cellspice


Just saw on my cell account for July that I have been billed by cellspice R6.14 per day from 9th July. I did not subscribe to this service and I don't remember even receiving an sms from them. If I did (and I receive a number of unsolicited sms's) I never replied. I always delete unsolicited sms's and don't even reply "stop" to not receive further messages. I also block those numbers on my phone.

I googled cellspice and called the number 0213002831 to unsubscribe. received an sms to confirmed I have unsubscribed. Hope this is the end of it. Surely it is theft if people take money off your account for a service you did not receive or even subscribed to?
