Mobimoola


Ive recently registered with Mobimoola, I spoke Olwethu, who took down my details and promised that I would receive a text message with the next steps. I did not receive any text. I then called back and spoke to someone else who then gave me a client number and didnt tell me what to do with it. I called back again and another lady said the person I had spoken to previously was suppose to have given me an sms number to send details to to receive moola. I did exactly as she said. No text or moola came through. I then called in again and finally spoke to a Rochelle, who said she was going to investigate and get back to me, she took down my details, id and cell number and yet up till now, still no response.

To get through to their call centre is almost impossible, their network is bad, you need to attempt a number of times before going through and once you do you still get put on hold which wastes a lot of airtime which costs money. their service is not user friendly.I still have not received any money and yet they will charge their fees month end.

The have: my bank details, id number, address, cell number. I do not trust this company, I feel very uneasy that they have all those detail. Please see client complaints on Hello Peter. They steal people's money from their accounts. I am afraid the same will happen to me. Their number is 0861114666.

    Last year one of Mobimoola consultant call me,explained about cashloan when need cash fast and repayment after a Month of use without interest fee,they already have bank details.they gave pin number when need cash fast but didn't use their pin or anything from them.unfortunatel y this June 15 debi R203.00 I go to Bank for reverse done it on the following day debit again R149.00 this fraudster kill us.

    I decided to reverse the money and open up a new account, because my bank can't stop them. I leant my lesson to never answer private numbers or provide my personal information over the phone. I would like to know where they get our contact numbers from? Why a bank allows a company that is not legit, access into my bank account? And how do they know if my credit is good or not? Where do they get this kind of information? When something sounds too good to be true, be very cautious. This is our hard earned cash and we take it to the bank to keep it secure and its a shame that our banks can't even protect us from these parasites. Nxa!

    I never received money from this mobimoola they foned me & ask for my bank details they keep on deducting my money every month if I block it they change the amount every month these people are doing fraud I dont want anything to do with them

    I am having the same problem with mobile moola,I checked them online and I find that then terms and conditions were different from what they said to you tellefonically.

    Moola called me too. 1st thing came to my mind is the way that found me credit worthy because right now i'm not. second mistake they made was offering me an interest free loan. are they father christmas! 3rd mistake they speak way too fast like i must be dopped. then they dive to the end and ask the million dollar question, "bank account please ?". How they got hold of my details, also i blame these traders and departments and agencies for that type of making a buck on the side off selling of data. can anyone provide expertise how to stop such trading ? cause that is what is suppose to happen. the bureacrats are exactly "bureacrats". dead documents of procecures and governances to make a good "bureacratic office" for our complaints. there seems to be no intention of acting on our complaints. i don't read any comments of that happening. HOW CAN WE STOP LEGAL ROBBERY ? ANY HELP PLEASE!

    I got a call in July I was promised to get money I never got and they told I will get it after 72 hrs I never got instead they deduct my money every month when I call they say its admin fees instead of the to go you money you give them your for every month nothing comes I called again on the 15th Oct they said I will get before frid. nothing to you mobi molla is scam I think we need to go to their offices and demand all the money that they deduct from our accounts

    To hell with Mobimoola they steal our my money. They called me and say that they have all my details including my account number. On Month end I notice that some of my money went missing on my account I took a statement to see what was happening with my money and then i realised that Mobimoola took R 149.00, R 149.00, R 300.00, R 149.00. I called them last week thursday and they said that I have registered with them and that i have choose a premium or insurance with them i told them that they must cancel it because i did not choose anything i told them that i was not interested they said that i must write a letter to say that they must listen to the recordings and wait for 48 hours for their report on the investigation and yet they did not get back to me. Mobimoola is a SCAM..

    i also received called from them they took my banking details immediately the same month i email the cancellation letter to cancell the agreement and called them to cancell they agree and said to me they wont took the money in my account, the month end they took 172,300 and 149 after that i reverse my money bank to my account this people they steal our money in the bank

    These people are scams please we need help they must be investigated and their company must be closed, they deducted 1400 from my account with different references that was 4 different debit orders and the next day they still deduct 300, their debit order has no date anytime they came ang take money from my account i have reversed 2500 so far and it it killing me, every time i must go to the bank i am no longer safe now, i think the 100 they gave me which i paid it back with 100 interest is what they using to get people they lied and promised to give you money then you applied they give you 100 in order to have assess to your account, people of South Africa be warned these people are scams they are here to destroy. please out of desparation we hand ourselves to wrong people do not fall into this scam. so far they have taken 400 which i did not notice it in time and therefore i was unable to reverse it, they are bad we need help ..

    I also experienced this problem. On saturday they deducted 250 from my acc after conversation with them on the26/07/14. They confirmed my acc no and requested my I'd no. Given reaso of checking if I qualify for credit card

    Mobimoola called me on 07/08/2o14 and talk all my deatails promised to give me money and they sent pin number of which is invalid this company is not good,i saw so many complaints about them on facebook a= i dont want their moola so also i dont want them to deduct my moola because i did not take their moola either

    My grandmother passed away in December 2013. I was checking her montly bank statements since then. Now I've noticed that Mobimoola is decducting money from her acount twice a month with different reference numbers from February. I don't understand who gave them permission to debit her account, because she's late.

    they started taking R7 each and every day I thought its dishonored cheques charges bt wen I stopped the debit order they changed the amount to 290 and at 1 tym I had a balance of 670 on a Friday bt I only realised on Sunday afternoon tht my account was on -R245 imagine I needed to do something with tht money. this devil worshipers foned nd confirmed my date of birth nd Id number thus offring me a loan! I told this bitch tht I didn't ask fr a loan n I dnt need it!

    Many people have been complaining about mobimoola.If you call their call centre number nobody answers only the answering machine and I think it programmed because not even one day have I succeeded to go through,its just a scam.But one day this will catch up with them sooner or later!!!!!

    I thought i was the only. A consultant called about a month ago. Selling this brilliant idea about Mobi Moola. I specifically told him that i was not interested. To my surprise, close to R800 has been deducted on my account, every second day i receive an sms paid from account Ref: Mobi Moola. I'm going to close my account. I have reversed the money time and again. I am working full i don't have time to pop into the bank every second day. I'm sick and tired about this tsotsis. I hope they close down and loose every cent of that stolen money!!!!

    I received a call from mobimoola,igave up my bank details to them and i now know they are fraudulent,i want them to not debit any amount in my account or they 'l have police to deal with,we work hard for the money and they use our desperation to steal!!i hate this nonsense..i work for a financial institution and i know my rights mobimoola,u had better transfer that R500 or debit nothing,i mean NO cent from my account!

    thanx guys for letting us know about mobimoola,i also received a call 4rom them oneday,dey explained me everything about mobimoola eo ya bona,but problem ebile gore ba nnyake di acc no,then i refused to give them my acc no,they then forced me to give my acc no then i end up giving them but i gave them the old one,the one that is not working any longer.so they didnt even give me a call.if it was legal they should have giving me a call that says we tracked your acc we didnt manage to make any transaction due to insuficient fund.if its legal one,they should have phoning me.so thats fraudulent guys

    I have never had any dealings with Mobimoola nor given them permission to deduct money from my bank account. Somehow they managed to get a debit order and deduct money up to four times in one month. I have sent then an e-mail in which I asked them to stop this debit order and rectify the mistake. I then had to send a second e-mail in which I threatened with legal action but without success.

    i have gone through the same experience, the only different is that i requested R500 but only R250 was deposited after 4 weeks and months end they have deducted R853 and i called to query this and they took my details and promised to investigate but till today, i havent heard anything from them.

    i have received a call from mobimoola, i spoke to thabo then i was registed, but something didnt sound wright then next day i phone to cancell, i was told to wright a letter. i did send them a letter to my sprice i didnt borrow any money to them but month end my money was deducted. i phone them i was told to send the statement to proof the money was deduted, i did but no respond.

    Regrettabbly I have been through the same experience. never received any money from Mobimoola, yet everymonth they deduct close to R500 from my account. they need to be closed down as they are ripping people off. At the moment i am on the line with my babnk trying to reverse yet another 2 deductions they made today. I do not know how many cancellations I have sent to Mobimoola, without any success.

    I also got a call from mobimoola and got registered on their fraudulent network.I received an sms with client codes and a pin which I tested and discovered that it was a fake.I send to request a loan only to get an sms back that I have entered a wrong pin even though it was the same pin from their sms I received. I have sent numerous emails to their client care centre and never got a response.Made several calls to their call centre and even though I was told my call will be answered in 2mins,I stayed on the line till I was out of airtime.They are a sham and a scam....

    This company just call me they wer frndly..they took my details...then i sms them a code n a pin amount of R500 till today i try to call them to cancell...but their network its say its congested everyday...dd call them today they say its imposible to cancell...my advise to everyone just go to the bank and block this debit order....or reverse the money!!.... Im really pissed wth this..........!!

    i also received a call from mobimoola,they took my banking details and registered me,i never received any moni from them but month end they deducted 249 then 250 , then 197 same day, I Called mobimoola to ask for clarity and they said they will call me back after investigating but till today didnt receive any call. my worry now is that since nextweek it will be month end,they will deduct my moni again.
