About the Tech Guys- I got a call from them where they explained link building for my new website and also that the first month is free. Yesterday and today they emailed me demanding that I pay for the first month that is free. I also cancelled the agreement by email on the 30th June well before 11 August which would end the 2nd period/month with then in an email to the 'lady' called 'Nina' from the Finance Department. I've had no reply from them until 2 days after the 2nd period ended ie on the 13th or 12th August demanding that I pay the amount due. I asked why he is only called me on that day when in fact I cancelled well in advance. They sent me an attachment stating that you can only cancel the agreement via sending a ticket on their website and not email. Since when can one only cancel an agreement by the use of a ticket on a website? I've come across this website and complaints about them on Hellopeter.com. I also requested a invoices for the work done and only got an email stating the amount due for each month. The first month is supposed to be free yet they are now charging for that too. ie 11th June 2013 - 11July - FREE (supposed to be)12 July - 11 August - payable to them (I cancelled my agreement by sending them an email on the 30th July. This email was not replied to before the 11th August nor did I receive any calls from them on my landline or cell nr)and charging from 12 August to 11 September. Yet they saked for an amount next to 11th July in other words charging for the month that is supposed to be free.I only saw a form on my website repeatedly filled out with text like this "jjhgjhilkjh" ie gibberish and not sure if it was them trying to 'up' my ranking or not. From the advice I found on Hellopeter I will not pay them, ignore their emails and threats for legal action against me.
