CELLSPICE SUBSCRIPTION


I suddenly received an sms saying that I must reply yes or no to a Cellspice subscription and I will be debited R7.00 a day.
Now I have never even heard of this site so I went to investigate and shocked; I didnt even know it existed and now they have my cellphone number
I replied with a NO
and not even 5 minutes later the same sms comes through and tells me I have subscribed to the service and must reply Yes or No...so again I replied NO.
I did notice the the sms came from two different numbers but the reference is the same

    I just received the same sms, but dated back to Dec 27, 2013. This is on my DATA contract, I cannot send sms to the number provided and therefor cannot unsubscribe! I also do not know how the hell I subscribed to this ! I am laying a formal complaint at the consumer commission ! Unlawful subscription and charging for a services not provided nor requested! This company has to prove that I subscribed to their junk! This is bullshit! You owe me R7/p from DEC 27 2013!

    I have also received an sms reminding me that I am subscribed for R7p/day, but I haven't submitted to anything. My TAB cannot send sms's so I cannot sms NO to 43887. How can I stop this fraud on my account?

    Also been hit by these guys. Looks like they've been doing this for a while. I found that a company called Mira is the party that handles this. Very cross.

    My company issued 3G card was hit with a R188 bill from CellSpice which I never even received an sms for, nor subscribed for.

    Mornin Guyz n Galz,the way to stop these theivin pond scum pieces of shit is as follows.go to vodacom site, register your phone,login to your account,go to my vodacom,go to manage my services,goto WASP services and unsubscribe from there, it will unsubscribe you immediatley. like all you guyz above they caught me for bout 35 days, if you can prove u didnot sign up u may have a slim chance to get ur money back. LOL Yhea Right

    Money deducted with our my permission never subscribed to this deleted off my fone at the tiem, what can we do about it I assume this is illegal can we hold Cell fone provider accountable, Vodacom Nashua mobile Tks Sean

    I noticed my account creaping up over the last month . finally got itemised billing and found a R7 deduction of my account . I dont know what this service is suppose to be but I never agreed to it . how can companies just take money without your approval? this is fraud . How can I stop this ?

    Since last month I received nearly daily a sms to say that an mount is going of my account for subscribing to cellspice. I never subscribe this. According to me this is fraud. Can someone please explain what is going on.
