Another RICA Yearly Award R900,000.00 Ref RC298 with the pay out Centre number 083-3198790. Can the fraud squad/ authorities not follow up on this number and catch the culprits? They are preying on the poor unsuspecting public.

Comment by "Lottery Verification Centre" is in ALL LIKELYHOOD the same person/people who sent those sms's. It seems they are aware of sites such as this one and are therefore either trying to keep up with us or are a step ahead. For instance why would they ask for one's personal details. You don't win a lotto without actively buying a ticket and choose winning numbers. The accent in that comment sounds from another "brother country"(pronounced as"BRODA KONTRI") notorious for these kinds of scams. It looks like we have a skunk in our midst.

Sifiso, I agree 100% with you. Remember, some time ago every person who owned a Cellphone should RICA. Personal details of everybody was obtained like reidential address and contact details. But they struggle to found the culprits.

Is it not possible for our country's crime intelligence or commercial crimes unit, whichever is relevant, to investigate and hopefully bring to book the perpetrators of these kinds of crimes. Imagine the poor and desperate, who don't have the faintest clue that this is a scam, when they receive these kinds of messages. Eventually they part with their last savings, leaving them even poorer than they were.
