I have recently ascertained that I was fraudulently subscribed to a service provided by Kulaville on 20 March 2013 for which I have been charged R7 per day. I have since had this subscription cancelled but Kulaville (recently renamed Chanawana) is adamant that I subscribed to this service and that they have sent me a reminder each month since March. I have just checked my cell phone messages and yes, it appears that I did receive a message on 30 September giving me an option to unsubscribe but as I believed it to be spam I ignored it. I have since Googled this problem and it appears to be widespread throughout South Africa. Please assist in getting this scam/fraud closed down.
