While on the guest lodge wireless network, All my devices (x2 laptop, iPhone) were manipulated by a hacker to gain administrator access onto my devices and copy all of my data. My devices were equipped with Anti virus and password. I believe that the hacker / fraudster gained access through my wireless LAN and Bluetooth.
I did report the incident to management at the guest lodge but have thus far received no response. This was going on from the 18-21 August 2014. Every attempt to login to any of my devices was accompanied by the fraudster which made it very difficult to gain back my access as administrator. I went as far as to remove my WLAN card from my laptop which did not help from getting rid of this fraudster.
I also believe that these people were following me around Brits and back home to gain further information and access from me.
I was then informed by management (Wilma) today, 22 August 2014, that they cannot do anything about the issue and I must take this further.
Can someone please assist me in bringing this fraudster to justice? I believe that I do have some of his/her details on my hard drive still.
