Microsoft Coroporations(Facebook promotions 2011)

I recieved an email and notification on facebook saying I won 300,000.00(pounds/euro)and its facebook team's name being used and logo.I have been inter acting with a mr jonathan donalds. And I have a hunch its a scam,as I must either fly to the uk to recieve my winning cheque and certificate fom Microsoft Coroporations(hp laptop). But I if an winner why must I pay for the cheque to be couried to me? I have asked mr j.donalds to scan my winning cheque and certificate and email it to me with the contact details of facebook's head office.I have also contacted you people and facebookteam, and am not getting an response from facebookteam.Their logo and name is being used aswell as microsoft corporations promotion 2011 being used, and I am concerned because millions use the facebook and we have to apply to teir rules and regalations,so could someone look into this matter as I use facebook and in trust I expect them to concern over me and microsoft corporations because I want to hold someone accountable and even if it means claim my winnings even though its a scam, because its logo and names of the web site being used.
