I received an e-mail on Aug 24 2015 from Mr Steve Collins - claims officer UEFA. This guy e-mailed me on Nov 21 2013 as well and now again saying that my case has been re-opened and my cell nr has won in the UEFA/AFCON Lottery awards 2013 and I need to claim my prize which I did not claim in 2013 cause I thought it was a scam... This guy sent me an Affidavit from the court in the UK, a Letter of Guarantee from the National Private Bank Edinburg Limited as well as 'n copy of his passport. In order for me to get my prize money, I need to pay 650 pounds (according to them this is for fees which the Reserve Bank of S.A. charges to deposit the money into my Nedbank account). Please advice what I need to do. All documents seems like it is genuine but I am so scared that this is just another scam and I will loose that money which I need to pay them.  They keep on phoning and e-mailing me. I do have all the documents as well as the account nr which I need to deposit the 650 pound into as proof.  Thank you.
