* If you leave a comment on a report, your comment and email address will be send to the person who created the report. The person who created the report do have the option not to receive an email with your contact details. This will happen when the report is created, he/she will then select the No option on the Notify Me list box. If the person have selected the Yes option he/she will then be send an email every time a comment is left on his/her report. Have a look for the item on the report called “Notify Me”, it will either be YES or NO.

* reportacrime.co.za reserve the right to refuse or delete postings that we believe are  inappropriate. reportacrime.co.za does not verify the facts on any crime report that is added.

* When adding a report to reportacrime.co.za we will keep your email address and password confidential and thus it will not be published anywhere and you will always be anonymous.

* We will delete your report if you supplied us with an invalid email address.

* reportacrime.co.za does not take any responsibility of what is reported and thus the person posting the report take full ownership of the report. Under no circumstances shall the owner of reportacrime.co.za be liable for any damages, whether incidental, direct, indirect, special or consequentail and including without limitation, lost revenues or lost profilts arising from or in connection with the posting or use of the information.
