Traffick officers who has double standards by fining motorists for not wearing seatbelts but never fine any taxi commuters (passengers) for not wearing their seatbelts. At the intersection of Tiger wheel and tyres taxis stop every morning to pick up and drop passengers contrary to the "non-stop" traffick sign turning into the R40 from the Old Pretoria Road.
