Loan Scammers Online

I filled in an online loan application. I then received an email requesting me to print out and sign the application in order to proceed. I did not require this loan anymore and as such did not sign and mail through the application. To my astonishment, Loan Hub then debits R399.00 of my account. When I question them on this, I'm told its a T's & C's that I will purchase a monthly service pack. Really! wtf will I need a service pack for if I have just applied for a loan. I mean really! These guys are scamming people like crazy with this BS service kit story. Now I am being threatened to pay the complete amount around R1600.00 . Who can I contact and how can these scammers be stopped legally?

Please be advised everyone, legitimate LEGAL loan institutions will never ask you for an upfront fee to secure a loan. Any fees that are incurred will be taken from the monthly repayments. Any place or person offering loans either using a free mail service like gmail or yahoo or any place or person offering loans that asks for upfront fees are no legal lending institutions and are only in the business of scamming you. They will ask for more and more money while dangling the loan in front of you like they are dangling a carrot in front of a horse. You will pay and pay and pay but you will never receive the loan and in the end you will just be plunging yourself further into debt. Please do not allow yourselves to be the victims of these fraud scams anymore, let us all educate ourselves in order to preserve our hard earned money.

Has anybody heard of Stallion dial loans. I cannot find anything on them. I paid a registration fee and then was told I had to pay an additional amount. I had a feeling this was a scam and contacted my bank about 45 minutes after doing the transfer. I was told by the bank there is nothing they can do about it. I deposited the money into the same bank as mine. I am amazed when you explain the situation and that this might be scam you get told that's nothing they can do about it. I would be very interested to hear if anybody has heard of these people
