FIFA 2010 SCAM
I recieved the same sms message as
Comment by: Glynis CommentI recieved and sms saying that I had won R960 000. in the the FIFA world cup programme, Claim Code G227 call Mr Parker on 0829514711. I called him for him to give me a UK land line number to verify my winnings. On calling the gentleman that answered said that the office wer in Manchester, London and hang up. This is definately a scam as they asked me to put R285 airtime on my phone....Please be aware. Date: 9 July 2012
The message originator number is +27829536674
Please post the originator AS WELL as the contact number when reporting.
It should be fairly simple to track these guys down as everybody has to be RICA'd....
Makes you wonder about the level of security behind RICA or rather the level of ?corruption?

This morning 13/07/12, i received the unsolicited sms confirming that i won R960.000.00 as part of FIFA programme 2010. The unsolicited sms was from the following no 0716838572 and the claim code 136, the sms stated that i should call Nelson on 0783666291. I called Nelson using telkom line and he said i should use my cell phone to call him and currently he is in cape town running the same competition..all the sudden he said i should call him after five minutes because i was grilling him with lots of questions.. To our SA brothers & sisters pls be full aware of this scams!!!!
