I am trying to buy a professional camcorder by physically viewing it here in Johannesburg. I saw some adds that purport to come from some local person in Gauteng but every time I respond to these adds by way of e-mail and phone I get directed to a place in Bloemfontein and with instructions on how to pay for those goods. These are scams running on all the buy and sell sites such as OLX and Junk Mail and Loconto. Beware, Beware!!!

Online shopping is NOT safe at all. My husband bought a car in October 2012, which was classified on OLX website by a Kenyan guy called Kenneth. They went to Linden police station to draw up Sales agreement in an Affidavit. That Kenneth guy produced all the vehicles papers which were showing him as the owner, and he was paid R30 000 cash. Change of ownwership and transfer was done at the Licensing department and nothing suspecting was detected and the car was registered under my husband's name. December 2012, my husband got arrested and charged for possession of stolen property, the car was reported stolen in October by someone else, and the complainant was NOT Kenneth(seller) but someone else claiming to be the real owner. This has been a horrible experience because we can't find that Kenneth guy now, and my husband is in and out of court for something he didn't do.

Woodbridgelectro is a scam. It does not actually exist. Richard is a con artist. Woodbridgelecto is listed on multiple internet fraud sites. Have nothing to do with this company other than to warn others of its fraudulent nature.

Watch out for Electron Dynamics. Stay away from and all digital camera's and video cameras / ipads / laptops that are selling for below the retail price. These people change their contact details and names all the time in attempt to keep committing the same primitive crime. They are gonna get caught eventually.
