I was taking a taxi from Bellville to Durbanville (Cobble Walk Mall ).I was sitting in the front of taxi. Taxi stopped first at Cape Gate Mall and dropped most of passengers of there. Me and 2 other passengers continued the journey to Cobble Walk Mall. The one guy (a Xhosa) came forward and went to sit behind me so that when i turn around i could face him. He asked me if he could ask me a question and i said sure. He asked me what has happened to me? I thought it was something spiritual as i am going through a though time, and asked him if he was a believer. He sort of said yes and then i said to him love your neighbor like you love yourself. He said he does not love his neighbor Then he turned around and said he believes in his ancestors and they protect him and then he asked if he could say something but i must not get upset. I said sure. Then the racial attack started. He told me we f......... whites need to get the f........ out of this country, we don't f......... belong here. I better get the f..... out of the country. When i wanted to say something he cut me short and turned around and said that i am angry now and we f .......... whites must the f....... leave. In the contrary i did not get upset and told him that he has anger issues and he should not judge us all, as we where not around when my forefathers did whatever they accuse them of. He just went on that i am angry and kept on threatening me and he made a statement that he is an EFF supporter. The taxi driver was very nice and told that guy to stop that that is not on. I was not at any moment angry and was calm and collective and when i climbed of i told him Jesus loves him and may God forgive him. When the taxi left only then it came over me how terrifying this was. That guy was so angry that i thought he would attack me at any moment and kill me. I thank God for His protection.
