I want everyone to report this to fraud line and pass this to every social media that a recruitment scam called DK marketing solutions it's a shady scam and people must not fall for it, they made a bogus web site that is too good to be true, their business website it's fake and scam , this fraudsters must be put to justice for looting people money with desperate intension, report them to the police so that they must be ambushed and taken to prison lock them up and throw away the keys so that this bustards can rot in hell. I receive this SMS daily from DK marketing solutions to come for an interview from the application I made from online jobs ads, stay away from office 310 Mr price CNR von Brandis & Albertina Sisulu JHB CBD, when they ask you money R380 for ITC & security clearance Run away with your money, this company it's not even registered, job seekers beware of DK marketing solutions recruitment scam agency.

  • Betterdayz 10 Apr 2019, 12:34 PM

DK marketing solutions agency is a scam located in JHB CBD office 310 Mr price building CNR von Brandis & Albertina Sisulu. They get your details from online jobs ads like bestjobs or jobmail. They send you an SMS for an interview and when you get there this people are women they tell you they don't ask any money from applicants afterwards they say they need R380 for ITC and Criminal check. The same day after the Interview they send another SMS saying that criminal check and ITC ha been verified you must come with R450 for name tag and access card. This people has not hired me till today from January and they are still scamming people even now. Look them up on Google and Facebook then you will see that they have not hired a single person. They make a bogus business website (DK marketing solutions.co.za) people must not fall prey to this criminals. When you get an SMS or email to come to office 310 Mr price building JHB CBD for an interview just go there and see for yourself and confirm my story and show them this report a crime block but you mustn't pay them money because if you do you are not going to get it back and they are not going to hire you

This is just heartbreaking. My fiancé and I received a similar email yesterday. Luckily we did some research and came across this website before he went for his supposed "interview". When phoning the number they provide, they cannot even give you the name of their own company nor the company that you have supposedly been "shortlisted" for. No recruitment firm will ever ask you to pay in order to secure a job, nor will they be secretive about who they are and what their own name is. It is also interesting that these communications come solely in the form of sms's and emails. I worked in recruitment myself and this is not at all how it works. As a recruiter you will phone possible candidates personally, say who you are, which recruitment firm you are from, some more details about the job vacancy, and discuss possible times to come for an interview. You certainly do NOT just give them a stipulated time via sms that they have not even agreed to. That is madness. It is very sad that people who are serious about finding a job can fall victim to these sorts of scams. I hope more people become aware of this. Avoid these kinds of invitations at all costs.

I actually considered myself too streetwise to fall for scams untill I came across these assholes. I got an sms to come to an interview and then got an sms that I had got the job the very same day. They told me I had to bring R480 for an ITC check and criminal background check. I am going to take revenge for this. I am intercepting as many emails as I can to warn people, reporting them on every site like this I find, on fb, taking them to the police, to Carte Blanche, if that doesn't work I will put posters on the street and stand outside their office to warn people away. I shall have my revenge. They take advantage of people who are trying to improve their situation, when they are not decent enough to work for money but instead fraud money from people who already have financial problems and who got up at the break of dawn and travel from other cities just to get exploited by these heartless bastards. There is a special hell just for them.

Just realised today that this is a scam when I call them they always say they'll get back to me and I've get them my R120 for police clearance

  • Mattitude608 7 Dec 2018, 07:37 PM

Yes we got scammed, try reporting this matter to the police. When did you pay these amounts?

  • Siyambonga 7 Dec 2018, 06:34 PM

?????????? are u really saying we got scammed ? I paid 575 for uniform and 1200 for accommodation ... This is soo sad .
And again why do we have to post about crime on this site and nothing gets done about it ?
If only we where to post here and some investigations where to be done maybe ...
Now we just post with our Data for Mahala ???

  • Mattitude608 21 Nov 2018, 11:16 PM

This situation is so frustrating, the more I talk to you the more I realize that the chances of me getting my money back are slim to none. I wish I had come across your post before I gave them money. Thanks for taking time to respond to my questions I really appreciate it.

  • raven126891 10 Nov 2018, 11:05 PM

there are MANY. but all these job sites are mostly scams. sadly we cant even trust any posts unless its a .co.za addresses. most of yahoo and gmail is scams
indeed 90% scams jooble, josisjob, gumtree, jobmail, and many more are 90% scams. watch out for indeed... (millenium recruitment) i google everything before i send any cv's even if its a .co.za email
sadly the police cant even handle murders and cash heists as most of them too are very much corrupt. you can try report it but i can promise you you will waste your time they will take a statement and you will never hear from them again.

  • Mattitude608 10 Nov 2018, 10:55 PM

Your story sounds very similar to mine. I got scammed out of R2075, I terminated my contract with them as soon as I realized something was wrong. They said they'll give me a full refund within 21 days but my gut tells me they're stalling me. I have recorded phone conversations and screenshots of sms correspondence with them. Plus I did a little research and found out the company doesn't exist. I'm gonna report them to the police, I don't know if I'll achieve anything by that but it's worth a try I think.

  • raven126891 3 Nov 2018, 06:38 AM

no this is one of many that i have encountered. when you go for the interview they only tell you after you come home to pay the money and the job is yours. they use to say you need to pay 600 for police clearence but i see they no longer use that as people are waking up to the fact that 60% of all jobs advertised on the net are scams. i was scammed like that once and you DONT get your money back. they just deny taking it or ever seeing you! The hawks took down about 30 people 3 months ago.... same M.O and same area.... those were the people who scammed me. im sure they will be moving in on these ones too. i have been seeing this for 6 years.... and can spot it imm. these people are sick and taking money from so many poor people who are none the wiser.
giving them hope where there is none. its disgusting

  • Mattitude608 3 Nov 2018, 06:29 AM

    Hi Raven

Did you pay them before you realized it was scam? If so, how did you get your money back from them?
