Cellspice has illegally been charging me R7 per day on my Vodacom Cellphone account from 26 August 2013. Until now I have never head of Cellspice and I have most definitely not ever subscribed to any of their services. The only reason I only found out now is that I received an SMS on 24 September 2013 so called reminding me that I am 'subscribed' to the service and thought I would double check my cellphone account.
This is blatant theft an absolute disgrace that nothing has been done by either Vodacom or the authorities to stop these criminals.
