A  red golf has been marked alongside the main road (old coastal road) near the Umgababa bridge since late last year. At first we noticed one tyre missing, but now there appears to be two. When I stopped to take a picture of the registration number I noticed door handles missing etc so I think it is slowly being stripped. The reg no is not local either which makes it more suspect.
