Theo Small (Claiming to be James Small's Brother) operating under the company name JMS INTERIORS, quoted us to build cottages on our property. We paid his required up-front deposit of R47000.00 which was for stock, and signed contractors agreement the end of January 2014.

Theo Small undertook to have the buildings completed in 6 weeks.
They arrived and worked 3 days digging the foundations, and did not return for 3 weeks. After several calls from our selves, and an ever promise they are on their way, they arrived and spent a further 3 days.

Thus far he has not delivered any stock, nor have they been back to do any further work.

On Thursday 24 April 2014, I learned  that there are several other people that have been caught in the same way. I have been put into contact with some of these people in the Bela-Bels area who have confirmed that they have too be victims of the same principals, and I have also learned that Theo Small has skipped town, Last known address 9 Olievenhout Park, Soetdoring Ave, Bela Bela.
