I reported a retail company to NCC but no response

I reported the matter on 11/12/2014. On January 14 I followed up then they sent my case to MIO (Motor Industry Ombudsman). On March 2014 MIO sent it back to NCC (National Consumer Commision). I have been doing follow ups several times and promised to be called back but nothing happened, till I go there and told they are investigating. The retail company sent me to court for failer to pay instalment.  Today (15/7/2014) I followed up again the person handling this matter said she will talk to her boss and come back to me tommorrow.

    In June 2014 we also lodged a complaint to the NCC. On the same day we received an automated reply. Two days later we received a letter to say it will attended to and a reply will be sent in 10 days. To date nothing after numerous follow ups from us. We sent e-mails to the following:- E. MOHAMED,T. MABUZA, L. MOHOADUBA, P. MOILWA AND S. MNGUNI to no avail.
