LOAN SCAM ARTIST DARREN DEEPAL
i applied for a loan with a company called credit-sa on their website www.credit-sa.co.za and a very cool, knowledgeable guy named Darren got in touch with me and told me that since my credit record is not good he was able to get me a 'new' credit record and then i would be able to apply for a large loan and then settle all my debt, he was very convincing and said the only thing is i would have to pay R3000 for him to get these new records for me and then he sent me a contract for R250 000 which he said will be paid with 48 hours once i paid the R3000 as he had already started on getting my new records and its all in order, since then he has been avoiding me and when i finally got a hold of him he told me that because i am so impatient he had to cancel the loan and will be refunding me as per the contract. Till today he is refunding me the money and has warned me not go to any legal route but i have spoken to a lady form legal aid who is in the process of helping me, to all other vulnerable people like me out there don't fall for his smooth words and promises its all lies. This guy also claims to be one of the directors or owners.I have the proof of payment as he asked me to do a cash send to his cellphone number if R3000 WHICH I DID and now he wont return my calls or sms'. please let me know if anyone has been in contact with him via this website, also i have in my possession his full name and identity number.Please advise if anyone has been contacted by this guy.GO TO THE POLICE THEY WILL HELP YOU,THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND WILL FIND HIM

Username9641 •1 Dec 2015, 01:58 PM hi tarran,you see I have been the police to lay a charge but they are so unhelpful cause they say that we are just as guilty in terms of the law because we are getting "back door " loans, I tried explaining that it was not the case but this is the SAP, I have emailed speakout at sabc you can too, they are going to do an investigation, get their details from their website speakout.

He has obviously preyed on us because we were desperate and in debt so he found the 'solution' to our problems but really he has made life even worse. more debt now than before
