This extremely reckless driver cut in front of me without warning. He then proceeded to gesture wildly and very rudely when i hooted at him. For the next 1km he proceeded to break hard to a full stop constantly causing me to have to dead break to avoid running into him. This driver of a white car has dark curly hair and was wearing orange overalls.
